Professional Joomla Support

This business idea was actually born out of a good friend online and his need for a business of his own, as I was designing this for him he wet a bit nutty and wrote me off as a friend! I have no idea until this DAY why he turned on me and he wont tell me!

He had been working along side me for around a year and when I REALLY started to learn about eMArketing and the like he turned on me then!

The idea of the business was that people out there sometimes need help from a Joomla PRO - someone who is experienced with Joomla and could get them out of a problem very quick. Thus was born Professional Joomla Support. This idea is now on its way to becoming a viable business. it will be charging clients $25 per hour AUD for help with a minimum of 1 hour work. There will also be a $10 per month membership fee to access these services (this keeps the business outgoings paid for so that we can keep the price low)

I will install a ticketing system where clients just order some help and they will be helped either over the phone, skype, via remote desktop or other methods.
